Barry Wohl, President
Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in HR leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of Human Resources for two major aerospace companies. Today, I lead our recruitment firm, where we’ve helped thousands of people find the right roles across industries such as Manufacturing for roles in Quality, Supply Chain, Compliance and Risk.
My time at companies like Safran and Bombardier gave me a deep appreciation for international recruitment and the importance of finding the right fit — both for the individual and the organization. I’ve also worked closely with organizations such as the HRPA, supporting talent development and career growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve stayed focused on one thing: helping people and companies grow. Whether it’s through recruitment, consulting, or mentoring, I bring experience and practical insight to every partnership — with the goal of creating real, lasting impact.
Matthew Wohl, VP Business Development
I’ve been in recruitment for over 14 years and currently serve as VP and Partner at The Wohl Group. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work closely with both professionals and companies, helping them find the right fit — whether that’s their next role or their next hire.
I’ve built a great network of over 135,000 people on LinkedIn, where I regularly share insights, lessons learned, and what’s really working (or not) in the world of Recruitment. My focus has always been on making recruitment more human, more efficient, and ultimately more successful for everyone involved.
